Limited Warranty
Ultimate Symbol Inc. (Ultimate Symbol) warrants to the original purchaser of this Software that:
(1) this Software will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials, when used with the recommended system configuration: and
(2) the disk or disks upon which this Software is recorded are not defective and have been properly recorded.
90-Day Period
This warranty is for a period of 90 days after the original date of the purchaser's purchase of this package, during which time any disks which become defective under normal use will be replaced at no charge. The product registration form should be registered with Ultimate Symbol in order to provide proof of original purchase.
Returned Goods Policy
Ultimate Symbol Customer Service must be notified before returning the Ultimate Symbol Software Product. Returned Software will not be accepted by Ultimate Symbol unless accompanied by a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number assigned by Ultimate Symbol Inc. Ultimate Symbol's entire liability under this limited warranty and otherwise with respect to the Software, is limited to return of the Software and accompanying materials to the dealer or to Ultimate Symbol for replacement or refund, at Ultimate Symbol's option.
In no event shall Ultimate Symbol, its suppliers, employees, officers, directors, dealers, or distributors be liable for any damages, including lost profits or lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use, inability to use, or abuse of this product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party.
Disclaimer
Ultimate Symbol disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of mercantibility and fitness for a particular purpose. Ultimate Symbol does not warrant that the functions contained in this Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error free.
Some states do not allow limitations of implied warranties, or incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. The images in this collection were created, compiled and collected from a wide variety of sources over a period of fifty years. Some images were derived from reprinted, secondary or non-original sources. Every attempt has been made to verify that these images are copyright-free.
