Credit Towards CD Purchase
How do I credit single image or single volume downloads towards
a CD product purchase?
Ultimate Symbol has a policy of allowing you to purchase single images or volumes, then credit those downloads towards the complete CD, CD + Book, or even a CD Bundle package price.
Here's how it works:
1. Select, purchase and immediately download your single image(s) or single volume(s).
2. Login and purchase any CD, CD + Book, or CD Bundle within three (3) business days of your download(s) and we'll credit download purchases (from that specific product) back to your credit card account.
3. Simply notify us of your Credit for CD Purchase request by email or by calling us at 845.942.5342.
4. We'll take care of the rest and email you a confirmation of the credited funds within two (2) business days.
Limitations/Requirements
> We can only credit those downloaded images and/or volumes of images contained in the CD product you are purchasing. For example: a single image download from Nature Icons can't be credited towards Design Elements 5.
> The maximum amount we can credit is US$99.95 per product.
> Credit will be applied towards the full retail price of the selected CD product.
> Cannot be combined with other special offers or priority codes.
