Why am I not being charged for shipping?
Some of the products currently available through the Ultimate Symbol web site are electronically downloadable products only. If you are purchasing downloadable products such as typefaces or single EPS images, we are not shipping any physical products and therefore we are not incurring any shipping costs to pass along to you. For products that can be delivered via traditional methods such as courier, they will have their associated shipping costs added to your shopping basket total.

Why can't you ship to my country?
At this time, Ultimate Symbol can currently ship goods to addresses almost anywhere in the world. We primarily use United States Postal Service International Express Mail. If your country is not serviced by the U.S.P.S., then we may have to arrange other means of delivering your product. The cost of such alternate delivery means will be emailed to you for your approval and you will have to pay for any shipping charges by credit card before we ship. Please note that we offer electronic delivery of selected products to other countries through the Ultimate Symbol web site.
