Returned Goods Policy
Ultimate Symbol Customer Service must be notified within 30 days of purchase before returning the Ultimate Symbol Software Product. Returned Software will not be accepted by Ultimate Symbol unless accompanied by a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number assigned by Ultimate Symbol Inc. Ultimate Symbol's entire liability under this limited warranty and otherwise with respect to the Software, is limited to return of the Software and accompanying materials to the dealer or to Ultimate Symbol for replacement or refund, at Ultimate Symbol's option.
In no event shall Ultimate Symbol, its suppliers, employees, officers, directors, dealers, or distributors be liable for any damages, including lost profits or lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use, inability to use, or abuse of this product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party.
